I am happy to report that the results of the review and client liaison audits were excellent.
The DCC concluded visits to all regional offices and new Advisory Partners.
During Q2 2025 two new FSP license applications were approved by the Financial Services Conduct Auditory. Currently DCC is busy applying for contracts with product providers.
Client Care also monitored Google reviews on Warwick services. I am happy to report that in the last quarter Warwick received great reviews. 14 new (all 4/5 stars)
Client Care translated all client documentation to Afrikaans.
DCC attended the FPI presentation on the COFI bill and provided feedback to the compliance committee. COFI is expected to be presented to Parliament, with implementation likely by 2028.
Our client care email queries are handled by Charlotte Ellis Brown and the DCC. This is done very efficiently as queries are replied to on the same day.
Staff training on our RMCP was completed, with the next training session on Complaints/COI/POPIA set for 15 Aug 2025.
