After launching our digital signing solution last year, we have noted that north of 90% of our clients are onboarded via this solution. This also creates an enhanced client care experience for clients wanting to withdraw funds or switch between funds in their investments. The team has also worked very closely with the invest providers with regards to the two-pot system that was introduced last year. All two-pot withdrawals received were processed in a professional and timeous manner.

We also distributed our Warwick branded statements to our clients via the SEED platform providing each client with a consolidated view of their investments, HICA balances and Appleton Will details.

All payments made to clients were executed following our robust Warwick banking policies and procedures ensuring complete accuracy and ensuring we did not fall prey to any fraud attempts.

I can confirm as the Warwick Money Laundering officer that every client onboarded is screened against the sanctions lists, and adverse media reports. No adverse findings have been made and most of our clients are rated as low risk. This process is a compulsory requirement from the FSCA and FIC and is duly followed to the letter in all cases.
