Great progress in Q2 in all key operational projects across Spirit Invest.

Long-Term Projects

Key operational projects advanced materially in H1 2026. Our Client Communication System (CCS) grew to include a Warwick Wealth app for clients that was successfully launched in late January. The app provides client investment holding reporting as well as access to all Spirit Invest monthly publications. In Q2 we continued to develop the app to include estate reporting functionality as well as app activations for company and trust clients. The use of digital client documentation and signing remained exceptionally high throughout H1. The OWM Hub for Advisory Partners also went live at the end of Q1.

Spirit Invest constituted an AI Committee in Q1 with the aim of utilising Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI in generally to improve efficiency within the Group. The overarching objective is to allow staff and partners to focus on what is most important to their roles and to add value and services to our clients. Significant progress has been made in Q2 in terms of these AI interventions, with planned rollouts in late H2.

These initiatives collectively strengthened operational efficiency, digital capability and scalability across Spirit Invest.

Compliance

We maintained a strong compliance posture throughout H1 2026, with all Compliance Committee, Credit Committee and Working Group meetings held as scheduled and no material matters escalated. Regulatory submissions remained fully up to date, with no governance or compliance issues recorded.

Human Resources

Spirit Invest’s People and HR functions continued smoothly during the quarter. All statutory submissions were completed on time. Workforce growth and onboarding processes were supported across Spirit Invest, with no material HR issues reported. Ongoing coordination with senior and regional management ensured continuity in operational staffing and Fit and Proper compliance.

Services

Facilities, IT and shared services were well managed in H1 2026. The Warwick Wealth Knysna office renovations commenced and will be finalised mid Q3 of this year. Warwick Wealth Western Cape moved into their new offices located at Constantia Uitsig. IT systems operated optimally, supported by continued security monitoring, firewall enhancements and infrastructure health checks, reinforcing Spirit Invest’s operational resilience.

Business Intelligence

Significant BI progress was achieved in H1, with multiple enhancements delivered across reporting and data platforms. Infiniti and Silverthorn reporting were fully integrated into Spirit Invest’s systems, improving consolidated oversight. Ongoing improvements focused on data quality, CRM enrichment and operational dashboards, supporting management decision making and operational transparency. The BI team continued to demonstrate strong execution and collaboration across Spirit Invest.
