I am happy to report that the results on the review and client liaison audit in Q1 were excellent.
During the first quarter of 2025 two new FSP license applications were lodged with the Financial Services Conduct Auditory.
Client care also monitored Google reviews on Warwick services. I am happy to report that in the last quarter Warwick received nine reviews, all of them five stars!
Client Care assisted with screening our client base against the sanction lists as required by FICA.
Our client care email queries are handled by Charlotte Ellis Brown and me which is done very efficiently as queries are replied to on the same day.
Staff training dates have been formalised:
- RMCP training – 13 June 2025
- Complaints/COI/POPIA training –15 Aug 2025
