Operations Director reports on a first quarter of growth and achievement

Long-Term Projects

Key operational projects advanced materially in Q1 2026. Our Client Communication System (CCS) grew to include a Warwick Wealth app for clients, which was successfully launched in late January. The app provides client investment holding reporting, as well as access to all publications that Spirit Invest authors on a monthly basis. The planned rollout of estate reporting functionality as well as app activation for company and trust clients will take place in Q2 of this year.

The use of digital client documentation and signing remains exceptionally high throughout the quarter. The OWM Hub for Advisory Partners went live at the end of March. Spirit Invest has also constituted an AI Committee in Q1, with the aim to utilise LLMs and AI in a manner that improves efficiency within Spirit Invest, allowing staff and partners to focus on what is most important to their roles, all with a focus to add value and services to our clients. These initiatives collectively strengthened operational efficiency, digital capability and scalability across Spirit Invest.

Compliance

We maintained a strong compliance posture throughout Q1 2026, with all Compliance Committee, Credit Committee and Working Group meetings held as scheduled and no material matters escalated. Regulatory submissions remained fully up to date, with no governance or compliance issues recorded in the quarter.

Human Resources

Spirit Invest’s People and HR functions continued smoothly during the quarter. All statutory submissions were completed on time. Workforce growth and onboarding processes were supported across Spirit Invest, with no material HR issues reported. Ongoing coordination with senior and regional management ensured continuity in operational staffing and Fit and Proper compliance.

Services

Facilities, IT and shared services remain well managed in Q1 2026. The Warwick Wealth Knysna office renovations commenced in March and are progressing according to plan and to be completed by end of June of this year. Warwick Wealth Western Cape moved into their new offices located at Constantia Uitsig. IT systems operated optimally, supported by continued security monitoring, firewall enhancements and infrastructure health checks, reinforcing Spirit Invest’s operational resilience.

Business Intelligence

Significant BI progress was achieved during the quarter, with multiple enhancements delivered across reporting and data platforms. Infiniti and Silverthorn reporting were fully integrated into Spirit Invest systems, improving consolidated oversight. Ongoing improvements focused on data quality, CRM enrichment and operational dashboards, supporting management decision‑making and operational transparency. The BI team continued to demonstrate strong execution and collaboration across Spirit Invest.

We look forward to a successful Q2 and updating you on more great developments.
