Director of Client Care reports on excellent client liaison audit results

I am pleased to report that the results from both the review and client liaison audits were excellent, reflecting the continued dedication and professionalism of our teams. These results demonstrate not only our compliance with internal standards, but also our commitment to maintaining the highest level of service to our clients.

In Q3 2025, DCC launched a comprehensive ten-month FICA cleanup project designed to ensure that our FICA compliance remains at an exemplary level. This initiative has been running successfully and continues to strengthen our operational integrity.

DCC visited all regional offices as well as our new Advisory Partners, conducting general training sessions on our client care process and the FICA cleanup objectives. The engagement and feedback from these sessions has been overwhelmingly positive.

During Q3 2025, DCC continued to progress with contract applications at major product providers for our two new FSPs, namely, Infiniti Wealth and Silverthorn Employee Benefits. This expansion is an exciting development that will enhance our service capabilities and support future growth.

Client Care also maintained active monitoring of Google reviews related to Warwick services. I am delighted to share that, in the last quarter, Warwick received 21 new reviews, all of which were 4 or 5 stars—an encouraging reflection of our clients’ satisfaction.

Our client care email queries, managed by Charlotte Ellis-Brown and the DCC, continue to be handled very efficiently with nearly all queries receiving same-day responses. Very few issues have been raised, which speaks volumes about the quality of our service and attention to detail.

Well done to the team on an outstanding Q3 2025.
