Hello everyone and I am pleased to update you on key developments in the heartbeat of Spirit Invest – Operations!
Warwick client and partner communication systems
We successfully launched the below system offerings:
- Mobile and web application that provides clients with consolidated investment, as well as a new way to access Spirit Invest group companies’ rich and informative curated publication content that is circulated monthly. The next planned phase of this app offering will be rolled out to company and trust clients, as well as the added enhancement of estate reporting within the app.
- A partner hub which allows seamless access for new and existing partners to seamlessly interact with us in terms of the Take On onboarding process, book reporting, commission statements access as well as training material.
Compliance
During the Q4 of 2025, Spirit Invest companies continued to strengthen their compliance culture through consistent governance, diligent reporting and continued partnership with Compli‑Serve. Regular compliance committee meetings ensured ongoing oversight across Fit and Proper requirements, supervision monitoring, CPD progress, TCF principles and regulatory submissions.

Business Intelligence
Many developments and improvements made across all reporting systems and solutions used by Spirit Invest companies, with a particular focus on aligning and enriching our CRM client data with investment reporting data pipelines now available to us.
IT infrastructure, security and services
Ongoing improvement and monitoring in terms of our infrastructural health, with a continued focus on email and firewall security as Spirit Invest continues to grow. We are focused on the implementation of the Joint Standards Information Technology (IT) Governance and Risk Management Requirements for Financial Institutions framework in terms of our best practice currently IT infrastructure and security stance.
