Reflecting on 2025 and looking ahead
We entered the final quarter of 2025 with optimism, which was sadly tempered by the passing of our colleague and friend, Shelley Grey, Western Cape Assistant RAM. Shelley was a valued member of our team, working closely with both our advisory offices and internal teams. Her warmth, energy and commitment will be deeply missed.
Despite this loss, the team demonstrated exceptional resilience, closing Q4 with a net inflow of R332,590,992. This strong result reflects the collective efforts of our specialist team, advisory partners and the broader Warwick family.
During the quarter, we activated three new advisory partners. Michael McBride, Melinda Mac Lean and Niek van den Berg each bring over 30 years of industry experience and long-standing client relationships and we welcome them onboard. We commend the Warwick liaison teams for ensuring smooth onboarding — team Feinberg (Michael McBride), team Loots (Niek van den Berg) and team Ingram (Melinda MacLean).
We also welcomed five new merger partners — Jason Lubbe, Albertus Laas, Valerie Fouché, Tony Gray and Peet van Rensburg.
In Lifestyle, Warwick proudly sponsored their final successful Q4 events at Steenberg Golf Estate with their closing event taking place in November.
In personnel, we were pleased to welcome Natalie Stevens as our new Assistant RAM. With her strong background in administration, sales and management, she is a valuable addition to the Warwick Wealth family.
The quarter concluded with a celebratory lunch hosted by the Sales & Take On team at the Claremont Cricket Club — a fitting way to mark a demanding, but successful year.
We congratulate Michael Feinberg and Gareth Milford on their 15 years and Paisley McDermott on her five-year Warwick Wealth anniversary.

📈 Investment highlights – A strong finish to the year
Despite a dynamic investment landscape, Q4 proved to be a positive and productive quarter:
- Gauteng reached an exciting R312 million in Q4, bringing the total to R903 million to close the year on, demonstrating consistent client trust and high‑quality delivery across the team!
- We proudly signed two new advisory partners and the first Infiniti deal with Susan Naude and her team, strengthening our professional network and solidifying our growth trajectory into Q1 2026.
- Our expanding ecosystem continues to position us strongly within the industry, paving the way for new opportunities.

David spent his holidays exploring Zimbabwe and several local gems, including the “mountain-loving resorts of the Drakensberg”, soaking in fresh air, scenery and adventure.

Key achievements and milestones
This quarter marked several significant achievements that reflect the strength of our collaborative efforts. A major milestone was the commencement of the Elise van der Waal merger, an important development that positions us for continued growth and alignment within the broader business.
We also successfully signed a new advisory partner, Britz Blore Financial Services, in December. This accomplishment was a true team effort, showcasing exceptional coordination and relationship‑building. Special recognition goes to Pieter Crous, Deon Myburgh, Marc Wiese, Mathew Pellatt and Conrad Clifford, whose collective contributions made this partnership possible.
In addition, maintaining a strong, positive relationship with an existing advisory partner served as further endorsement of our capabilities, professionalism and client‑focused approach. These achievements underscore our commitment to growth, collaboration, and long‑term partnership success.
Positive news worth celebrating
🎊 We proudly celebrated Jared William’s one‑year anniversary with Warwick, marking a year of growth and positive contribution to the team. In addition, we honoured a significant milestone for Stuart McMurtrie, who reached an impressive 10‑year work anniversary - a decade of leadership, commitment and impact across the business.
A very special acknowledgement goes to our housekeeper – Noxolo Shezi, who celebrated five years of loyal service. Her care and unwavering dedication have played a vital role in creating a welcoming and well‑maintained environment for the entire team. Her work often takes place behind the scenes, yet its impact is felt daily and her kindness remains a valued part of our workplace culture.
💍We also celebrated a beautiful personal milestone within the team - Noxolo Xulu’s traditional wedding on 1 November. The occasion was joyfully shared with the office through a warm cake‑and‑tea celebration, bringing colleagues together to honour this meaningful life event.
Q4 stands out as KZN’s best quarter to date, a testament to consistent effort and the collective drive to exceed expectations. This achievement reinforces the region’s strong momentum and sets an inspiring tone going into Q1 and the year ahead.

There were some highlights in the last quarter of the year, like Gerard Rodgers kicking off his business relationship with Warwick in the form of an Advisory Partner, there is much more to be achieved, as we signed R58,808,103 for the last three months of 2025. Nonetheless, we managed to grow production by 12% for the year. The region now has two active advisory partners, Edward Dalton and Gerard Rodgers which bodes well going into 2026.
We hosted two lifestyle events in Q3. Westview Bowling Club hosted their annual “Captain’s Challenge”. This was the first time in several years that we have hosted an event at arguably the most prestigious club in Gqeberha and we look forward to building on this relationship. We have certainly cemented our relationship with Victoria Park Bowling Club who hosted their last event of the year in December, and supporting a number of our clients who took part in the day.

Congratulations go to Mia Fourie on achieving her RE5 qualification en route to transition from CRO to CRS. It takes a lot of commitment and discipline to study part time while being the backbone of team Roberts.
In the Knysna office, we welcomed Lin Harker to team Langenberg. Lin comes with a vast amount of knowledge and experience, having been in the banking world for close to a decade. We welcome you to the Warwick family and I have already seen the impact that you have made.
Eurika Louw left us at the end of 2025 and I wish to personally thank her for all her contribution to team Oosthuizen and wish her well with her new career path.

As we closed off 2025, we are proud to reflect on an exceptional year for the Warwick Free State regional team. Through strong partnerships, dedication and teamwork, the region achieved net flows of R445.4 million for the year. This milestone positions us perfectly as we look ahead to 2026 and the exciting opportunities it will bring.
Key achievements and milestones
In November 2025, we proudly signed a new advisory deal with Johnny Swanepoel from WMF Wealth (Pty) Ltd. WMF Financial Advisors is a long-established short-term insurance brokerage and financial services firm, with its head office in Bethlehem. Known for their personalised insurance solutions, WMF is now expanding into the investment landscape with the support of Warwick. We look forward to a strong and rewarding partnership as we explore new opportunities together.
Team and individual successes
- Outstanding FUM achievement
Advisory partner Hennie Jonker and his dedicated team achieved the highest Net Funds Under Management transfer in the country for 2025.
Together, Hennie, Aldi and Noeline transferred an impressive R133.1 million during the year. This extraordinary performance is a true reflection of commitment and excellence and we are incredibly proud to have you as part of the Warwick team.
- A True Warwick champion
Advisory Partner Christiaan Bekker took part in The Munga, one of the toughest ultra-endurance, single-stage mountain bike races in the world. The race covered approximately 1,130 km of rugged terrain, starting in Bloemfontein and ending in Wellington, Western Cape, with riders given a maximum of 120 hours to complete the route. Participants must be fully self-reliant, carrying their own gear, with only limited assistance at official race villages.
The Warwick Free State team was there to see Christiaan off and to support him and the They Ride Along team, a charity organisation that cycles in loving memory of those who are no longer able to.
Despite battling a stomach ailment, Christiaan completed the race in an incredible 4 days, 1 hour and 11 minutes. This remarkable achievement is nothing short of inspirational — we salute you, Christiaan!

Fun events and team engagement
- Old Mutual Wealth treated the Free State ladies and assistants to a well-deserved breakfast and spa day, offering a chance to relax, unwind and be spoilt.
- Momentum invited the Warwick Free State team and advisory partners to take part in a fun and competitive paddle tournament.
- Our year-end function was held at Airborne Emoya, where we enjoyed great company — along with the famously unpredictable Bloemfontein weather and dramatic thunderstorms!
