As we closed the final chapter of 2025, it was impossible not to look back with pride, gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose. Q4 brought with it a mix of highs and lows, growth and grit — and through it all, one thing stood out clearly: the incredible strength of our Appleton team and our valued partners.

This year marks a remarkable milestone: Appleton achieved its best year to date. This wasn’t by chance — it was the result of unwavering dedication, operational excellence and the deep trust our clients place in us.

A special word of thanks goes to Warwick and their Advisory Partners, whose confidence in Appleton and ongoing encouragement for their clients to entrust us with their Wills played a significant role in our success. Your partnership remains a cornerstone of our growth and we are sincerely grateful.

It was also, undeniably, a challenging year. Workloads were heavy, with regulations shifting and client demands evolving. Q4 tested us at moments — but despite everything, we made it.

Even amidst the intensity of Q4, we carved out time to celebrate and connect as a team.

This quarter, we celebrated Teresa’s birthday in November and Vannessa’s birthday in December. Your energy, loyalty, and warmth add so much to our Appleton family — and we are so grateful for you both.

To close off the year in true Appleton style, we enjoyed one of our best year-end functions ever at Madame Zingara — a night filled with laughter, colour, spectacular performances and team spirit. It was the perfect finale to a year that demanded so much and gave back even more.
