Director of Group Marketing: How things can suddenly change overnight

I don’t know about you, but when I look back on the last quarter, it’s hard to comprehend all that has happened and transpired. Things we could never foresee such as the Iran War, continued volatility in global politics, significant petrol price hikes, etc.

In marketing, it’s of the utmost importance that we ensure our clients remain informed about how Spirit Invest navigates through these unpredictable storms and what we are doing to put our clients first. Client communication is therefore a vital part of our work.  This applies not only to our informative emailers but with the creation and digital distribution of our publications too.

For those of you who may have missed some of the recent publications distributed within Spirit Invest, not to worry, we feature these under our Articles & News section across our company websites.

But amidst the doom and gloom there have been some marvelous developments of course - in the last edition of the Spirit Insider, we mentioned the launch of the Warwick Wealth App for clients and the feedback was fantastic! We’re so happy our clients are enjoying the new app. If you are an existing Warwick Wealth client and haven’t signed up yet, the app is available in the Apple and Google Play stores or online through our Web app.

Additionally, we wanted to create even more useful tools that can add value for our clients – this led to us launching a retirement calculator, so please make use of this powerful tool:  https://warwickwealth.com/retirement-calculator/

Not only did the marketing team create digital content and new tools, but we stepped out of our comfort zone to attend the Warwick Wealth-sponsored Swellendam Skou – a new one for us girls in the team. 😊

On to more good news, the Spirit Foundation has continued to make a significant impact in so many lives. Here are just a few of the incredible moments marketing profiled in this last quarter:

  • Hosting Everton Football College. For most of this UK based college team, it was their first time visiting South Africa and for some, their first time flying in a plane. The marketing team ensured each memorable moment was shared across social media, on our website and YouTube.

Here are a few articles and videos on this life-changing experience for these young individuals:

And of course, our social media platforms captured all the action.

In closing, things can change overnight, some may not have been positive, but I like to focus on those that were like the scholars from Everton College who will always remember the incredible moments they experienced in SA or the scholars who went on their first Spirit Foundation camp where friends are made and communities built.

Enjoy all the valuable and insightful content and until next time, that’s a wrap!
