Operations provides updates on two exciting system launches

Greetings everyone, reflecting on a very busy Q3!

Warwick Client and Partner Communication Systems

We’re getting ready to launch two exciting systems to clients and partners respectively in early 2026:

  1. Mobile application that will provide clients with consolidated investment and estate reporting, as well as a new way to access the Group’s rich and informative curated publication content that is circulated monthly.
  2. A Partner Hub which will allow seamless access for new and existing partner interactions such as the Take On onboarding process, book reporting, commission statements access, as well as training material.

Compliance

There was encouraging news in late October with South Africa having been removed from the FATF Grey List. While this is not the end of the road for South Africa in terms of regulatory reforms and meeting global benchmarks, our removal from the Grey List certainly may herald increased offshore investment flows into the South African economy.

Human Resources

The Group continues to enjoy success and growth. All appointments have been well qualified, experienced and valuable new team members. We welcome you all to the Spirit Group!

Business Intelligence

Many developments and improvements were made across all reporting systems and solutions the Group uses, with a particular emphasis on aligning and enriching our CRM client data with investment reporting data pipelines now available to us.

IT Infrastructure, Security and Services

We conducted ongoing improvement and monitoring of our infrastructural health, with a focus on email and firewall security as the Group continues to grow. We are focused on the implementation of the Joint Standards Information Technology (IT) Governance and Risk Management Requirements for Financial Institutions framework in respect of our IT infrastructure and security.

Regards,
Ryan
